Submit an Event


Add a learning opportunity to our searchable event database! Your submission will be available online within 48 hours after submission. A confirmation email will be sent upon approval. Free or scholarship-based programs will be posted at no cost. All entries should be made by institutions that promote education programs and allow access to anyone in the public. IAGC reserves the right to limit postings if they are excessive or do not adhere to these guidelines.

About our Natural Language Input:

All years should be entered in [yyyy] format. If no valid year is found, it will automatically set to the current year. All times should be labeled with either "AM" or "PM" to avoid ambiguity. Starting and ending months, dates, years, and times should be provided. Also must be included are each day of the week the program will run, if it will run for more than one day. Popular abbreviations for months and days of the week are supported:

  • All 3 letter month and day abbreviations (ie: "mon", "sat", "feb")
  • Thursday can also be written as "thur" or "thurs"
  • September can also be written as "sept"
